Types of CSP Grade PET Shrink Film

PET Shrink Film – CSP-WF Grade

A revolutionary PET Shrink Film version that shrinks at low temperature [CSP-WF], thus giving superior sleeving performance with no wrinkles or ink bleeding.

Our PET Shrink Film – CSP-WF grade shrinks more than 72% in transverse direction [TD] and < 5% in machine direction; it is specially developed for HDPE/PP containers, although very versatile with all other types of containers viz., PET, Glass, or Metal, in both filled or unfilled state and on any type of tunnel – electric hot air and steam.

Technical Detail: It is available in Standard Thickness of 40, 45 & 50 Micron with shrinkage ratio – TD – 72% [+/- 3%] and MD < 5%.

PET Shrink Film – CSP-HSP Grade:

This Polyester Film grade [Recyclable PET Crystallizer Friendly Shrink Film] shrinks at moderate temperature [CSP-HSP] and is similar to regular/standard PETg shrink films. It offers more than 72% TD shrinkage and a controlled MD Shrinkage of < 5%.

CSP-HSP Grade gives excellent results on steam tunnels and works well with high-end multistage hot-air tunnels.
